In a service on Mothers Day, the Manhattan Church looks at the various Marys in the Bible. Mary of Bethany, Mary Jesus’s mother, “Other Mary” the mother of James and Joseph, and Mary Magdalene. The Marys are an embodiment of faith that show the importance of women in scripture, and their faith and devotion serves an example to all.
